IFA short course camping program day 1
The Irish Football Agency short course camping program began with a great success, and like stated previously, the program is about offering a great professional experience to players. The program offers insight into what it is like to be a professional soccer player and the dedication that comes with it. The program also provides a great fun experience for the kids and much more. The program started on Monday with some exciting sessions, it was full of fun and learning experiences. The boys were full of joy and that’s what we envisaged right from Onset. Fun, learning and an unforgettable experience for the players. It’s beautiful to see that we are on the right track to achieve all these. The program will continue on Wednesday 17th of July, 2019. The boys are really looking forward to the next lists of sessions. In addition to other exciting sessions that are slated for Wednesday, there’ll also be swimming lessons. The swimming sessions serves as exercise for the heart, they help improve the heart condition. Swimming helps in burning calories that clogs the arteries and causes weakness. Someone with a weak heart is likely to get very exhausted after playing for a few minutes. If the individual continue playing without heeding the warning signs of his body, the person may collapse. To play football at a great level, you need to have a strong heart. Cardiovascular exercises will help players develop a stronger heart which is required to be at top shape in order to effectively play the game of soccer. The swimming pools are supervised by qualified lifeguards, heated and treated to maintain the very highest standards of cleanliness and safety. So, the boys are in safe hands.
The activities are loaded with fun and the boys are getting ready to go again. Everyone of us here at the Irish Football Agency together with the boys have our gaze set on tomorrow session at kingfisher renmore..
